Constance Halaveli Maldives Water Villa: A Complete Review and Cost Breakdown

Contance Halaveli Maldives water villa

If you want to experience true luxury in a magical setting, look no further than a Constance Halaveli Maldives water villa. I have experienced few places as luxurious, romantic, and relaxing all bundled into one pretty package as Constance Halaveli. The Constance Halaveli hotel is part of the Constance Hotels and Resorts group. They have an impressive portfolio of hotels in locations such as Mauritius, Maldives, Seychelles, and Madagascar. Read on to learn about my complete review and cost breakdown of my one-week stay at a Constance Halaveli water villa.

The hotel exudes an idyllic and tranquil atmosphere. The turquoise lagoon surrounding the island is breathtaking, and teeming with marine life and thriving coral reefs. The hotel’s main goal is to deliver utter relaxation for the guests.

Pre-planning things to note

To plan for your epic water villa vacation at Constance Halaveli, keep the following in mind:

  1. Book early
  2. Decide on how many days you want to stay and what type of vacation you want (one island vs multiple islands)
  3. Notify your hotel if there are specific room requirements
  4. Book a flight that arrives in the morning to ensure you can catch a seaplane to Halaveli on the same day
  5. Note the weight limitations on a seaplane
  6. Avoid the holiday season

Planning a trip to the Maldives? Here’s everything that you need to know!

Amazing view out to the ocean and the other villas while still allowing for complete privacy

How far is Constance Halaveli from Male?

Constance Halaveli is about 42 miles (68 km) to the west of Male in the North Ari Atoll (more specifically, the Alifu Alifu Atoll). A seaplane ride will take about 25 minutes.

Male is the capital of the Maldives. The Maldives is located in the Indian Ocean, south of India and southwest of Sri Lanka. It is an archipelago that comprises about 1200 islands and only around 200 of them are occupied. It also has the cool title of being the lowest-lying country in the world!

How to book a trip to Constance Halaveli?

You can book your room at Constance Halaveli by going to the Constance Hotels and Resorts website, as well as through third-party booking sites such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc.

My experience booking with Booking.com

While searching for the perfect water villa in the Maldives for my budget, I stumbled across Constance Halaveli on Booking.com. The combination of the incredibly beautiful location, the views from the villas, the snorkeling options, and the stellar reviews convinced me to go for it. And am I glad to have done so! The best part was that there was a 10% discount deal going on at that time. So, keep your eyes peeled and check from time to time if you want similar deals. They are not uncommon on this platform. I also checked other sites for the best price available at the time and Booking.com had the best value. But, I’d encourage you to always double-check, including looking at the hotel’s own website.

Picking a room

While making my booking, I had to pick a villa type. The water villa caught my eye immediately because the ones at Constance Halaveli looked absolutely stunning in the pictures! More on that below. But suffice it to say that all my water villa dreams were checked. Including a private infinite plunge pool!

The view out to the sundeck from our room

I had to pick an option for breakfast, breakfast + dinner, or all-inclusive. I decided to go for breakfast only as it was the best value for money (check this post for more such travel hacks). In my booking, I let the hotel know that we would be celebrating our honeymoon but did not make any specific requests. After making my booking, I received a confirmation email from the hotel thanking me for booking with them. They also confirmed that they would try their best to make our honeymoon a special one.

To learn more about how to pick the best room for you, read below.

Once my flight was booked, I notified the hotel of the timing so that they could arrange a seaplane transfer to the island from Male.

The Seaplane Ride

One of my favorite moments (admittedly, there are many!) was the seaplane ride from Male to the Constance Halaveli private island. We landed at the Velena International Airport where we had the hotel’s concierge waiting at the Arrivals area. He helped us navigate the airport and took us to the Maldives seaplane kiosk. There, we had our luggage weighed (we were allowed 20 kgs in our checked-in bag and 5 kgs in our carry-on). Then, we were provided with plane tickets.

Afterward, the concierge staff whisked us away to a Halaveli bus to their private lounge. The bus ride was around 15 minutes, and we got to see glimpses of the airport and the city of Male. Upon arriving at the lounge, we were offered refreshing beverages and snacks. It was a welcome gesture as our stomachs were starting to grumble. We were also quite tired, having missed sleep the night before, but too much was happening around to take a rest! We caught a glimpse of the seaplane from the lounge. They were right outside!

Two hours later

Two hours later, it was time for our departure. There were other guests of Constance Halaveli and Constance Moofushi at the lounge and all of us were told to board. We walked a couple of hundred feet to the floating seaplane and started boarding. Our bags were being loaded by crew members wearing shorts and flip-flops. And that included the pilots! Talk about being comfortable in a tropical location!

Tip: Make sure to grab a window seat!

Then the time came for takeoff (the most incredible part!), and the seaplane was steered away from the plankway. We sailed about half a mile away from land. During this time, the floats and rudders helped propel the plane. Once we reached the open waters, the float receded and the aircraft became airborne. This moment was surreal!

Note that it can get hot inside the seaplane while you wait for takeoff. However, once the engine is switched on, the air circulation kicks in.

Wanna know all about the incredible moments such as this one in the Maldives? Check out this post!

And then we arrived on a middle-of-the-ocean-water-in-each-direction wooden platform. The seaplane with our luggage dropped us off here and took us off again to Constance Moofushi. While the ocean waves bobbed on our platform, I looked around the deep waters to see a boat headed our way. We quickly boarded and were on our way to an epic honeymoon at the resort.

The Constance Halaveli Water Villa Experience

If there is one phrase to describe the Constance Halaveli water villa experience, it would be tranquil luxury. All of these villas come with a high raftered ceiling, a private plunge pool, and a furnished sundeck. Steps from the deck lead down to the impossibly blue waters of the lagoon. From the deck, you can see marine life such as jumping fish, an occasional reef shark, and a stingray.

One of the unique things about Constance Halaveli is that the water villas are entry-level villas. This means that for everyone with a budget for this hotel who’s been dreaming of a water villa experience, this is your chance! These rooms are priced more on the affordable side (if you could say such a thing about water villas!) compared to other hotels.

Some awesome features of the water villa:

These are some of the features you can expect at the water villa at Constance Halaveli and other similar hotels.

Water villas in the Maldives, Constance Halaveli
These wooden walkways (jetty) connect the water villas to the mainland. Hotels generally offer buggy rides for the guests from the mainland to their villas. Note that guests who aren't staying in a water villa are not allowed in these areas.

Infinity Plunge pool

The absolute best part of the water villa (apart from direct access to the lagoon of course!) is the infinity plunge pool. It is refreshing to cool off after an afternoon of lazing on the deck. Not to mention the enormous amount of fun photo ops it offers!

Deck with umbrella

The deck. Easily one of the best features of the water villa! The paneled deck allowed for easy access to the infinity plunge pool, lounge chairs (hello, tan!), and general lazing/marine life watching. The umbrella is obviously one of the most important parts of the deck as daytime temperatures can be hot.

Outdoor shower

I didn’t think too much of this luxury until I was at a Hawaii hotel pool without a shower nearby. The outdoor shower was perfectly located to be on the way from the ocean up to the villa deck. So, when you come up the stairs from the ocean, you can rinse off the salt water from your body and hair (so important!) before jumping into your plunge pool.

Dining table on the deck

The dining table on the deck was another awesome feature. It allowed us to enjoy two meals – once for a late afternoon lunch, and another time, a romantic dinner at sunset. We got room service both times, and the food was incredible.

Dhoni-shaped ceilings

One of the most striking features of the coconut-brown villas was the dhoni-shaped ceilings. When I was lazing on the bed, I noticed that the ceilings resembled upside-down dhonis (traditional Maldivian boats) which was a clever and unique design.

A chocolate tray and a bottle of sparkling wine after check-in

Alright, so I am not sure if this is something offered to every guest, or only for honeymooners. But, when we walked into our room, we found a tray of assorted chocolate which was not only beautifully presented, but was yummilicious! In addition, a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine was waiting in the cooler. Need I say more?

Housekeeping service every day

Obviously a 5-star hotel provides housekeeping service every day. But the extra awesome thing is these guys do it twice a day! In the evening, their turndown service included laying out our slippers next to the bed, folding the blanket diagonally on each side and also leaving sweet treats on our bedside <3 How awesome is that!

Bath salts and bubble bath

These villas have such a picturesque location for the bathtub! I mean just look at that!

Cue the sighs of pleasure as you sink into the cool bubbly waters after a long day in the sun and watch the sunset.

Honeymoon bed decor

Honeymooners will be pleasantly surprised to see that their bed is decorated with coconut leaves, tropical flowers, and petals. Isn’t that cute? Thus, if you are celebrating your honeymoon at Constance Halaveli, make sure to notify them beforehand.

Snorkel gear for free - pick it up on day 1

Another absolutely-awesome feature of the hotel is that you get free snorkel gear! And the best way to make the most of your vacation is to go to the Dive Center on Day 1 and collect the gear. That way, you will have plenty of days to explore the lagoon and reefs. However, note that you will need to return them the day before you leave the island.

We used our snorkel gear almost every day. While we borrowed the fins from the Dive Center at Constance Halaveli, we took our own snorkels and masks.

Umbrellas provided

The hotel also provides umbrellas for the unexpected showers in the Maldives. You can also use them to shield yourself from the strong sun while out and about on the island. While we were on the island, it rained at least 2 times, but never lasted more than 2 hours.

Other types of rooms at Constance Halaveli

With all the awesome features that a water villa offers, are there other accommodation types that you can avail? Yes! Here are the other options you can avail.

Beach villa with plunge pool

The beach villas all come with a private pool and is an oasis of tranquility, greenery, and the sand. You will have direct access to the beach from your villa whilst enjoying privacy from the area of your room. The cool thing about this option is the ability to quickly run off to the beach and then come back to shower in your room. Water villas do not have this type of accessibility.

Family Water villa with infinity plunge pool

This is essentially a water villa but for a family, i.e. sleeps >2 people. If you travel with kids, make sure to notify the hotel of that, and they can accommodate you in a room close to the shore as opposed to deeper in the lagoon.

Family Beach villa with plunge pool

Again, this is similar to the beach villa with a plunge pool but accommodates more than 2 people.

Leisure activities and facilities

The hotel also has the following options to relax, rejuvenate, or simply while your time away.

Spa

A fantastic addition to the hotel, the spa holds a special place. It is located on the jetty amid the water villas. We already knew that we wanted to get a couples’ massage, and were thrilled to find a honeymooners’ special 50% coupon upon checking into our villa. Upon arriving at the spa, we were bowled over by the views looking out to the Indian ocean!

Additionally, in the massage room, they had glass floor cutouts right underneath the head of the massage table. So, the entire time we were getting a massage, we could look down the blue waters and see marine life. I saw a number of fish shoals swim by and a starfish!

After our massage, we made a beeline to the sauna and ended up with a herbal drink while chilling on the patio.

Fitness Center

Constance Halaveli has a state-of-the-art fitness center offering quite a few cardio and training equipment. In addition, it has table tennis, a chess board, lawn tennis and badminton to keep you active.

Swimming pool

There’s an outdoor swimming pool close to the Jahaz restaurant. By its side, is a bar where you can order these IG-worthy, delish drinks.

Yoga

The hotel also offers yoga classes for their patrons. To sign up, make sure to let your concierge know and get the timetable for the classes.

Babysitting service

A cool feature that Constance Halaveli offers is free babysitting for your tiny tots. So, while you go on a water activity or a romantic dinner, your kids will be busy doing kiddie activities.

What activities can you do at Constance Halaveli Maldives?

Speaking of activities, there are oh-so-many to choose from. You name it – it is likely available to try at Constance Halaveli, Maldives. Here are my recommendations:

  • Snorkeling – absolutely deserves the top spot!
  • Diving
  • Paddle Boating
  • Kayaking
  • Surfing
  • Deep-sea fishing
  • Banana Boating
  • Sailing
  • Wakeboarding
  • Fly board flying (one where it looks like you’re ejecting streams of water down from your boots as you fly upward from the water level)

You can rent all non-motorized water sports equipment for free at the Dive Center. Pretty sweet, huh?

Celebrating a special occasion at Constance Halaveli

Constance Halaveli Maldives is a fantastic spot for celebrating a special occasion such as a honeymoon or an anniversary. Not only is it as dreamy as a locale can get, but you can also work with the staff to create an occasion to remember for the rest of your life!

Celebrating a honeymoon at a Constance Halaveli water villa

A honeymoon is a perfect event to celebrate at Constance Halaveli. I would highly recommend a water villa for this occasion since you will want to enjoy privacy and quietude. The water villas are the best for such an atmosphere. Beach villas are generally preferred by people traveling with kids. As a couples’ activity, step down to the lagoon and snorkel every morning. You will be surprised at how beautiful the coral reefs and marine life are at this time of the day.

In addition, the spa is located in the middle of the plankway connecting the villas to the island. Thus, feel free to stroll into the spa in the afternoon after a morning swim/snorkel.

Celebrating a special anniversary at Constance Halaveli

Similar to celebrating a honeymoon, Constance Halaveli is also perfect for a special anniversary! There are loads of romantic activities to choose from. Starting from the dinners on the sandy beach at sunset at the Jahaz restaurant, to the variety of activities you get to choose from, the options are endless.

You might be particularly interested in spending a day visiting a sandbar with your loved one, where the staff pack a lunch for you and drop you off for several hours. At the sandbar, it’s just the two of you, and you can spend it lazing and working on your tan, or swimming and snorkeling around. This is also a perfect opportunity to fly your drone if you carry one since hotels generally do not allow flying a drone on their island to protect guests’ privacy. After a few hours, you get picked up by a staff member. But alas, due to covid, they had canceled this event! If I go back to the Maldives, I am 100% doing this!!

Popping the question at Constance Halaveli

At Constance Halaveli, you also have the option to have a completely private dinner on the beach (meaning no one around you at all). You can include a private musician, a sommelier, and a multi-course meal as the sun sets. They even decorate the seating area with pretty little lights, casting a warm glow and setting the mood for an ultra-romantic evening. Take this opportunity to pop the big question to your loved one.

Traveling as a Single to Constance Halaveli

Traveling as a single to the Maldives has picked up a lot in the last few years. Gone are the days when the Maldives were inaccessible to people with moderate budgets. These days, traveling as a single is not only possible but highly recommended. When we were at the restaurants in Constance Halaveli, we saw numerous people enjoying their solitude and having fun. All of the water activities can be done as a single, although, for snorkeling, I would recommend pairing up with someone or visiting with a group.

Read more about how to have a perfect time visiting here as a single.

Snorkeling in Constance Halaveli Maldives: Tips and tricks

Snorkeling in Constance Halaveli is an absolute must! Even if you are a beginner swimmer, you must absolutely explore the world under the water, as this world is stunningly beautiful. There is a crazy number of corals and fish that you will see. And I mean it. I do not recall the number of types of reef fish that we saw on a single day. But, it would measure upwards of 100! Yes, that’s over 100 types of fish while snorkeling for about an hour a day.

Now, the best way for you to decide where to go snorkeling is to visit the Dive Center first. Try to do this on the day you arrive. They have a map that shows you the locations of the prettiest reefs in the lagoon and where to access them from. One of the best spots for snorkeling was accessible from the beach and was obviously very popular.

We were pleased to hear from the Dive Center that there was a beautiful reef right in front of our water villa. Note that our villa was far from the island on the edge of the lagoon. Needless to say, we made a beeline to the reef almost every day.

The plankway connecting the water villas to the island can be accessed by guests staying at the water villas only. As such, if you are a guest staying at a beach villa, you will not be able to easily access the reefs on that side of the island. However, the reef close to the beach is accessible to everyone.

Concierge services

At Constance Halaveli, you will need help from your concierge contact to make reservations at the restaurants and also to book a special activity. Now, for the restaurants, you do not necessarily have to go through your concierge. You can call them directly if you would like. However, it is a great convenience to go to your concierge and plan out your days at the resort and let them know when you want to visit the restaurants. Then, they coordinate with the restaurants to make sure they can accommodate you on the days you prefer.

This is especially needed if you are traveling at peak tourist times such as between Christmas and New Year. The reservations get booked super fast.

They also provide general instructions for getting around the island, what events are planned etc. So, make sure to buddy up with them and let them know what you’re looking for. The concierge member is also available on Whatsapp to chat with you!

Special events

In a similar vein, if there are special events you would like to do, such as, visit a sandbar, let your concierge know immediately. They will contact the Dive Center and make the necessary arrangements. The same goes for special events such as popping the question. If you are one of the lucky ones to do that in the Maldives, the concierge will help set it up for you!

Restaurants on Site at Constance Halaveli Maldives

I feel like a broken record because the restaurants are simply amazing culinary experiences! There are 3 main restaurants on the island, and each offers a different cuisine.

Jing

The Jing Restaurant offers Asian cuisine and is an upscale restaurant. They also have a dress code (the other restaurants don’t) and encourage patrons to dress up in slacks and sundresses. However, I saw at least a couple of men in khaki shorts there, so it seems that smart shorts might be acceptable.

I read somewhere that Jing continues to be an award-winning restaurant favored by aficionados. The food was first-rate and the ambiance was 10/10.

The most awesome thing about the ambiance is the location. This restaurant is atop stilts near the water villas, and in the evening, they shine blue lights into the lagoon waters below. As a result, countless fish and the occasional reef sharks can be spotted after sundown making for a unique dining experience. Just make sure to request a table beside the waters. This is an ideal place for a candlelit romantic dinner.

The Jing Bar and Wine Cellars also offer a special event to sample their wines on the beach while dipping your toes into the Indian ocean. Talk about a cool experience! Their wine selection is also top-notch.

Amuse Bouche at Jing
An amuse bouche at Jing restaurant. This was delectable.

Jahaz

The Jahaz restaurant offers a daily dose of deliciousness by virtue of its continental breakfast. It is also open for dinner and thankfully, does not require reservations. This is the biggest restaurant on the island and has different cuisines for buffet-style dinners each night. Grab a table on the beach and be sure to check out the live-food stalls. On our first night, we opted for a seafood dinner and it was finger-smacking good!

Breakfast at Jahaz restaurant. They offer a buffet each morning with a wide spread of multiple cuisines: baked good, omelet station, assortment of fruit, desserts and cheese and mimosa!

Meeru Beach Grill

The Meeru Beach Grill restaurant was also a favorite of us. This seafood place serves a variety of grilled seafood with multiple sides to choose from. Located right on the beach, it was here that I tasted the incredible Maldivian lobster on a seafood-themed night. The ambiance is great, and the food is comparatively moderately priced.

Constance Halaveli all-inclusive vs other packages

Constance Halaveli offers many different food and drink packages as part of your booking. The following are the options:

  • Booking with continental breakfast – the option I recommend
  • Booking with continental breakfast and dinner
  • Booking with all-inclusive food and drinks

Read this post to see why I would not recommend opting for an all-inclusive option.

Complete cost breakdown of Constance Halaveli Maldives Water Villa

Something to keep in mind for all vacations, and especially, an experience in a Constance Halaveli Maldives water villa is the cost breakdown. This place is not cheap. Far from it. You will pay an arm and a leg for an extraordinary vacation, in an extraordinary location, for an extraordinary experience. And you will come away with memories for a lifetime.

Note that I paid for this trip with my own money, and did not receive any commission or discount from Constance Halaveli. We did save up for quite some time to be able to afford the honeymoon of our dreams 🙂

Water Villa + Breakfast

$918

Clearly, the most expensive part of our trip was the stay itself. But, I will say that it was worth it. This was the option we went for and one that was the best value for money in my opinion.

Water Villa + Breakfast + Dinner

~$1105

This option included dinner each night for 2 people.

All-inclusive (Water Villa + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner + Drinks)

~$1339

This was the all-inclusive option for 2 people.

Green Tax

$12

There was an additional “Green Tax” charged for each night.

Seaplane ride

$570 pp

This was the amount charged per person for return flights.

Considering that this is an upscale place, the price for dinner for 2 was acceptable.

Jing with drinks

~$220

A bit more expensive with a drink, but still within the acceptable limits.

Meeru without drinks

~$100

Meeru was a fantastic option for freshly cooked seafood.

Meeru with drinks

~$120

Expect to shell out a bit more with a drink

A breakfast buffet was covered for us in our booking.

Jahaz dinner (buffet)

~$280

This was an awesome buffet that we indulged in on our first evening on the island.

Free and unbelievably beautiful. Highly recommend it.

GST (Goods and Services Tax)

We were charged 6% on top of all the expenses above under GST. Yup, super expensive.

Dressing style at Constance Halaveli Maldives

The dressing style in Constance Halaveli is casual. Women can wear shorts and tops and flowy sundresses to the restaurants. And for getting around the island, throw on a coverup over your swimsuit and you’re set. For men, you can wear shorts and a shirt pretty much anywhere. Even swim shorts and shirts are acceptable for going dining.

As mentioned above, the only place requiring a dress code was the Jing restaurant.

Packing List for Constance Halaveli Maldives Water Villa

  1. Swimsuit – Obviously 😉
  2. Flowy dresses – Preferably in breathable materials like cotton and linen
  3. Shorts (for women and men) – It is hot in the Maldives. However, if you are going out of the airport in Male, make sure to dress conservatively.
  4. Reef safe sunscreen – Always wear reef-safe sunscreen at places where you go snorkeling or diving. This is to protect marine life. Regular sunscreen contains harmful chemicals that kill coral reefs. This leads to a reduction in fish and other animals that live and sustain on these reefs.
  5. Gear for water activities, such as flippers and snorkeling masks – The snorkeling mask is a nice-to-have for a good fit for your face. I would highly recommend bringing it with you, especially if you are a newbie snorkeler.
  6. Sunglasses
  7. Sun hat – For protection against the sun and super awesome photos!
  8. Flip flops – A must for any beach vacay
  9. Go Pro – For those super awesome underwater shots.
  10. Lip balm with SPF
  11. Moisturizer – Some hotels may provide it, but carry some with you nonetheless. Note that your skin will be parched from the salty waters and strong sun.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Constance Halaveli have a house reef?

Yes, Constance Halaveli in the Maldives has a house reef and a stunning one at that. You can snorkel on your own or take a guided diving tour. To best explore the coral forests and walls, go early in the morning when the waters are calm and marine life is best seen. We saw hundreds of different types of colorful fish and unbelievably dazzling corals. We even spotted a turtle and spinner dolphins in addition to common reef sharks and parrot fish.

Even if you are a newbie snorkeler, you absolutely need to snorkel here. You will miss out if you don’t. And obviously, always practice safe habits and look out for yourself and your loved ones.

When was Constance Halaveli built?

The Constance Halaveli resort in the Maldives was officially opened in 2009. It also has a sister property close by – Constance Moofushi.

How many rooms does Constance Halaveli have?

Constance Halaveli has a total of 86 villas for you to choose from.  Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a private deck, and a pool. Obviously, I would highly recommend a water villa.

What is the best time to visit Constance Halaveli in the Maldives?

The best time for visiting Constance Halaveli in the Maldives is from November to early March. If possible, avoid the Christmas to New Years’ season. That time is very busy and there are high chances of the on-site hotel restaurants being fully booked. The beaches are also busier. And not to mention more expensive.

How long should you stay in Constance Halaveli?

About 5-7 days is the perfect amount of time to spend in the Maldives. That way, you will get plenty of time to settle down, get your bearings and start your ultimate relaxing vacation. Take your time to enjoy your room or villa. Soak in the pool or go check out the reefs. Then, around days 3-5, you can explore the island, plan some activities and still have some downtime.

Also, I would recommend against changing villas during your stay as it can be a waste of time. When I am on vacation, I like to maximize my time chilling or experiencing something new. Changing hotel rooms in between can be time-consuming. With the difference between check-out and check-in timings of your hotel, you may need to plan the entire day around this. So, best to avoid it and pick a room that best works for your needs.

If you are hopping islands, I would add a day for travel, and at least a couple of days at each island to get the best experience.

So, should you stay at a water villa in Constance Halaveli?

A water villa at Constance Halaveli Maldives is a perfect place to celebrate a honeymoon or a special occasion of your life. If you are a luxury vacation seeker or want to experience a once-in-a-lifetime stay at an overwater bungalow, I would highly recommend this place. You will not regret it.

However, if you do not have a special event to celebrate, or are traveling with kids, I would recommend looking at other options. Budget travelers should also skip it since this hotel is quite expensive and there are plenty of budget options in the Maldives.

However, I will admit that I have zero regrets about going for a Constance Halaveli water villa experience. I had always dreamed of staying at a water villa, and the Maldives seemed like the perfect destination to try it out. But the downside is, I feel so spoiled now! When I take a regular vacation now, I wonder why I don’t have a private pool. And then I look at my bank account and sober up pretty fast lol. All in all, if you have the budget for it, definitely go for it.

I know that if I have the budget to do it again, I sure would!
